Local Policing News - Fortune Green Ward

Good afternoon all,

The Team at Fortune Green Safer Neighbourhood's Team have been out & about in the heat, providing a visible presence on the Ward. 

The Team have continued to help identify various rough sleeping, sites on the Ward from information from residents, local patrols and working with our partners at Camden Council and multi agencies.

 Continue to tackle anti social behaviour concerns around Maygrove Peace Park NW6 by further patrols, stop and searches, intelligence gathering with information from residents  and working with partner agencies on this matter. 

Working on various warrants on neighbouring Ward's in the Kilburn & West Hampstead area's  which have resulted in a closure of a premises on Kilburn High Road NW6.

Attending Community Contact Sessions at West Hampstead Community Centre NW6, where the Team have attended and spoken with staff and residents at the Lunch hub surrounding local issues in the area and maintain an approachable presence at WHCC with thanks to the staff, management and trustees involved  who enable this as well as enabling our Quartey, Safer Neighbourhood's Panel Meeting there. The Community Contact Sessions, remain an active part of our work which we actively promote Met Engage on the Ward, which continue to gain more sign ups. 

Attending the annual Summer BBQ at Sidney Corob House & friends of Sidney Corob House  which is always a happy occasion to attend and speak with the local community.  Thank you!
